In my formative years of growing as a woman, a professional therapist, and a Christian coach, I have learned and experienced the benefits of tapping into both worlds of psychology and spiritual intelligence.

With years of clinical therapy work (supporting adults, children, parents and groups) and over a decade of ministry experiences, I’m on a mission of helping you to get on your journey of healing, empowerment, and freedom.

I was born and raised in China and have lived in different cities and countries around the world. My cross-cultural experiences shaped my lens in life and always remind me of staying culturally sensitive and curious about stories from all walks of life. The ongoing interdisciplinary practices in business administration, mental health, Christian ministry, entrepreneurship, and leadership equipped me with skills like strategic planning, compassionate listening, and shaped me with an empowering posture, and a solution-oriented mindset. 

I’m quick to discover strengths and potential in others and commit to speaking the truth with love and grace. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I provide a safe and inviting space to clients from all backgrounds as we sit in the conversations together.

I bring a peaceful presence into our conversations as I seek to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit in every service. “Let the Comforter be the chief counselor” is the motto of my work.
