ABOUT ME

In my formative years of growing as a woman, a Christian minister, and a professional therapist, I have learned more and more how to appreciate the process rather than just reaching the next destination.

Fixing on the next can often rob the joy and focus of the here and now. It creates unnecessary anxiety and fear and rushes us to run away from unprocessed pain and trauma from the past, hence trapping us in a survival mode in life.

My process journey taught me to slow down and reminded me of the grace to face past pain courageously, to receive healing, get out of survival mode and start to live a more thriving life as I grow into who I truly am.

I want to help you experience the same.

“Rome isn’t built in one day.” A thriving life takes an intentional and ongoing process as we develop ourselves, our relationships with others, and our connections to the world.

I was born and raised in China and have lived in different cities and countries around the world. My cross-cultural experiences shaped my lens in life and always remind me of staying culturally sensitive and curious about stories from all walks of life. The ongoing interdisciplinary practices in business administration, mental health, Christian ministry, entrepreneurship, and content creation equipped me with strategic planning, compassionate listening, an empowering posture, and a solution-oriented mindset.

I’m quick to discover strengths and potential in others and commit to speaking the truth with love and grace. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I provide a safe and inviting space to clients from all backgrounds as we sit in the process together.

I bring a peaceful presence into our conversations as I seek to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit in each service. “Let the Comforter be the chief counselor” is my constant reminder.
