One of my favorite proverbs goes like this: "Watch over your heart with all diligence. For from it flows the springs of life."

Our state of well-being is deeply connected to the condition of our hearts. If a heart is wounded, broken, and left unhealed, it affects every aspect of our life, especially our relationships. Yet, watching over our hearts shouldn't be a one-person job — especially when healing and restoration are needed after surviving pain and suffering as we journey through life.

I was born and raised in China and speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, and have lived in multiple cities and countries around the world.

I have a particular heart for clients navigating life between cultures — whether through immigration, acculturation, or the experience of holding multiple identities at once. My ongoing interdisciplinary practices and life experiences have shaped my curiosity about others' stories and equipped me with skills such as empathy, cross-cultural communication, a solution-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking.

I'm quick to recognize the strengths and potential in others and am committed to working with you with honesty, compassion, and grace.

Other than wearing the hat of a psychotherapist, I enjoy being a daughter and an elder sister. I love reading, writing, traveling, trying new foods, playing music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
