ABOUT HELEN KIM

Helen Kim is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy and theological training at Fuller Seminary.

Drawing from both her nursing and psychotherapy backgrounds, Helen embraces a holistic approach to healing that honors the interconnectedness of emotional, mental, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. Her clinical work is grounded in a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship, cultural humility, and the belief that healing happens through being seen, understood, and accepted.

Helen specializes in grief and loss, infertility and IVF, relational challenges, and career counseling.

She feels particularly called to work with adults, especially young adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and questions of purpose and belonging. Integrating her clinical training, holistic perspective, and Christian faith, Helen hopes to create a space where people can explore their stories, reconnect with themselves, and experience hope, meaning, and healing.
